About the estate

The Wine by JET estate cultivates vineyards in Uetikon am See and Kloten in the canton of Zurich, which are registered under the AOC Zurich denomination. Organic farming in accordance with Bio-Suisse and Demeter guidelines forms the foundation for wines such as Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Rauschling, and Riesling-Sylvaner. In the cellar, the team led by oenologist Jonas Ettlin relies on spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, the omission of additives, and unfiltered bottling. The wines are aged in barriques to emphasize structure and terroir expression. Distribution targets fine dining establishments and specialized retailers both domestically and internationally.

The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Räuschling and Sauvignon Blanc. The estate sells to horeca, retail, importers and distributors. Export markets include Belgium, Germany and Netherlands.
