About the estate
The Vollmer estate in Durbach is managed by the family in the fourth generation and looks back on a long agricultural tradition. Hubert Vollmer founded today's winery in 1985, which is now led by Andreas Vollmer. Across ten hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates sites including the steep single vineyard Durbacher Kasselberg. The portfolio features classic regional grape varieties such as Klingelberger, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay. During vinification, the winery focuses entirely on dry wines with a maximum of three grams of residual sugar per litre.
