The property cultivates 15.2 hectares of vineyards with 60,000 vines on the slopes of the Napoleonshöhe and the Weisser Berg, featuring soils of fertile shell limestone with a high proportion of clay and loess. Christoph Friedrich Scheffer acts as the winemaker, supported by senior head Friedrich Wilhelm Scheffer. The winery produces an annual marketing volume of 125,000 bottles.
