About the estate

The Jauk winery is based in Falkenstein in the Weinviertel region, a location with a wine culture dating back nearly one thousand years. Vines have always been part of the family-run mixed agriculture before Philipp Jauk fully dedicated himself to winemaking following his studies at the Krems viticulture school. Working in harmony with nature and incorporating vineyard sites and traditions, he produces regionally shaped organic wines with a personal touch. The winemaker relies on the philosophy that the distinctiveness of the wine originates in the vineyards, combined with innovative ideas in the cellar.
