The Liener estate is a family-run winery located in Drasenhofen in the Weinviertel region, which was taken over by Hubert Liener from his parents in 1995. The vineyards blend harmoniously into the rolling landscape of the area, cultivating Grüner Veltliner among other varieties as Weinviertel DAC. In addition to viticulture, the family operates a typical small agricultural business growing grain, sugar beets, corn, and oil pumpkins. The property also features an on-site wine tavern run by the extended family. Quality wines can be tasted and purchased by prior appointment or delivered and shipped directly to customers' homes.
