About the estate
The Weingut Holger Dütsch estate was founded in 2004 and cultivates four hectares of vineyards in the Baden-Baden wine region. Vineyard management relies on organic soil cultivation, meticulous manual labor, and strict yield reduction across various soil types such as loess-clay and primary rock. The portfolio includes classic grape varieties like Riesling and Silvaner alongside international varieties such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. In the cellar, the grapes are processed gently, and the wines are aged in stainless steel tanks as well as in traditional and small wooden barrels. Selection and site-specific wines are given ample time to develop following a late harvest.
The eno directory lists 9 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to retail.
