About the estate

The Hoffmann-Simon winery cultivates vineyards along the Mosel and produces authentic, natural wines with individual aromas. The estate has been operating organically since 2012 and completely avoids fining agents during the vinification process. The single-vineyard wines grow in a centuries-old cultural landscape where the soils leave their characteristic imprint. Through a significantly reduced cellar intervention, the distinctiveness of this origin becomes palpable in the wine. The wine style does not follow fashion trends, instead focusing on timeless, terroir-driven quality.
