About the estate

The Hofer estate cultivates its vineyards in Gumpoldskirchen within the Thermenregion following natural farming principles and has been a certified organic winery since January 2022. The focus of the estate lies on the indigenous grape varieties Rotgipfler and Zierfandler, which are grown in sites such as Stocknarrn and Kreuzweingarten. Great importance is placed on biodiversity between the vine rows, the avoidance of synthetic crop protection products, and the expression of the regional terroir. In addition to winemaking, a traditional wine tavern is operated on site.
