About the estate

The Schwertführer 47er estate is a traditional family winery located in Sooß in the Thermenregion, operating since its foundation in 1959. Across 25 hectares of vineyards, the family manages the land with the aim of bringing out the best of the terroir in harmony with nature. The portfolio includes numerous red, white, and sweet wines produced under the Thermenregion DAC designation. Great importance is placed on gentle grape processing as well as cleanliness and precision right up to bottling. Alongside wine sales, the business also runs a traditional tavern.
