About the estate

The Weingut Eberling estate was founded in 2023 in Oestrich-Winkel in the Rheingau region. Following training, studies in Geisenheim, and practical experience in renowned wineries, the winemaker established his own path in viticulture here. The vineyards are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. Field work relies consistently on manual labor and selective hand harvesting. Grapes are pressed gently using an old basket press, followed by aging the wines in used wooden barrels.
