About the estate

The Weingut Dillmann estate in Geisenheim in the Rheingau was founded as a family business in 1980 by Annette and Karlo Dillmann and is now managed by the second generation. Across a vineyard area of around twelve hectares stretching from Assmannshausen to Winkel, the winery cultivates classic varieties such as Riesling and Pinot Noir alongside Sauvignon Blanc, Yellow Muscat, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Gris and Blanc. The estate practices close-to-nature farming without the use of herbicides and synthetic fertilizers. In the cellar, the winemakers focus on gentle grape processing, spontaneous fermentation for site-wines and reserves, and maturation in stainless steel and wooden barrels.
