The traditional winery Weingut Caspari-Kappel GbR is located in Enkirch in the middle Moselle region and looks back on a long history. The estate focuses on sustainable, organic farming with a careful approach to water and soil, as well as the promotion of beneficial organisms. Cultivating steep slate sites such as the Enkirch Monteneubel, Steffensberg, Zeppwingert, Ellergrub, and the Traben Gaispfad, the winery primarily grows Riesling vines. These characterful wines mature on mineral-rich soils and are distinguished by their pronounced fruit and structure.
