About the estate
The Weingut Blank estate looks back on a long family tradition of winemaking in Triefenstein-Homburg and converted to direct marketing in 1995. Today, the family cultivates 3.5 hectares of vineyards in the steep sites Kallmuth and Edelfrau with a gradient of 30 to 50 percent. Son Jonas is also active in the winery, contributing technical innovations through his studies in beverage technology. The cellar and the traditional tavern were established in 1998 within a typical Franconian four-sided courtyard. A large portion of the vineyard area is equipped with water-saving drip irrigation.
