The Swiss winery Weinbau Holzgang cultivates a vineyard area of 1.5 hectares in the canton of Zug. Viticulture was resumed in 2016 on the family farm ensemble, which features a historical wine press building dating back to 1877. The estate operates as a certified Bio-Suisse enterprise and consistently avoids the use of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. The cultivated varieties consist of the robust PIWI grapes Solaris for white wine and Divico for red wine. Operations rely largely on manual labor, resulting in natural and regional products.
