Weinbau Adler

About the estate

The Weinbau Adler estate cultivates two and a half hectares of vineyards in Leistadt on the edge of the Palatinate Forest. The small plots are partly located in the Berntal nature reserve and are planted with typical regional varieties such as Riesling, Sylvaner, White Traminer, and Portugieser. Work in the vineyard is organic and relies heavily on manual labour to ensure soil health and vital vines. The wines ferment naturally in the limestone vaulted cellar. Distribution takes place through various international and national partners as well as gastronomic establishments.
