About the estate
The Vinum estate looks back on a family tradition spanning over two centuries, with its origins dating back to 1806. Today, the winery cultivates a total vineyard area of 4.5 hectares across two regions in the Republic of Moldova: Sociteni and Taraclia. The grape variety portfolio includes local varieties such as Feteasca Regală and Feteasca Neagră alongside international classics like Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Winemaking practices involve manual harvesting, selected yeasts, maturation in French and American oak barrels, and modern bottling techniques. The estate's wines are currently exported to nine countries.
