About the estate

The Bardar estate was founded in 1929 by a German entrepreneur named Miller as a small distillery and looks back on a history of nearly 100 years. The distillery is part of the Purcari Wineries Group and is located near Chișinău within the IG Divin region. For the production of the spirits, predominantly white grape varieties such as Aligote, Rkatsiteli, and Sauvignon are utilized. The distillation is carried out through continuous methods using modern equipment under a controlled thermal regime. Subsequently, the distillates are aged in high-quality oak barrels, allowing them to develop their characteristic flavor profile.
