About the estate

The ViniferaVenture - Shot N project was founded in 2011 by four friends in Valais to establish an ecological and sustainable alternative in traditional steep slopes. Following the acquisition and terracing of a vineyard, old vines were replaced with the fungus-resistant grape variety Cabernet Blanc, later followed by red PiWi vines. Farming is conducted organically with certification, while vinification is carried out by winemaker Nicolas Zufferey and his team. The portfolio includes organic white wines with AOC Valais as well as a sparkling wine.
