About the estate
The Cave David Rossier estate is based in Leytron in the central Valais, where the winery has been established since 1999. Winemaker and oenologist David Rossier comes from a family of winegrowers and farms six hectares of vineyards spreading across Saillon, Leytron, and Chamoson. The portfolio comprises thirty different wines as well as Grands Crus that express the specific character of these terroirs. The work is defined by a connection to nature, demanding craftsmanship, and respect for the original taste of the grapes.
