About the estate

The Villa Simone estate was founded in 1982 and has developed into one of the established wine producers in the Lazio region. The vineyards are situated at altitudes between 300 and 550 meters on hilly, volcanic soils with veins of lava rock. The cultivated grape varieties primarily include native varieties such as Malvasia del Lazio, Malvasia di Candia, Trebbiano, Bombino, and Greco. The winery places great emphasis on environmentally friendly cultivation with reduced yields and minimal resource consumption. The estate is owned by renowned winemaker Lorenzo Costantini, who is dedicated to the potential of the region and Frascati.
