Vignobles Faget

About the estate

The Vignobles Faget estate was founded in 2018 by Fabien Faget in southwest France, where the family operates the Domaine Les 4 Cygnes in the Gers department. Following initial restructuring after the acquisition, the winery currently cultivates 55 hectares of vineyards distributed across several communes to reflect the regional terroirs and microclimates. The vineyard soils consist primarily of clay-silica and tawny sands. The production features wines such as Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Gros Manseng, and a rosé, all released under the Côtes de Gascogne IGP designation. Vinification methods include nocturnal harvesting, pneumatic pressing, inert gas transfers, cold pre-fermentation maceration, and aging on fine lees.
