About the estate Founded in 1280 in Saint Germain d’Esteuil, the Château Livran estate is one of the oldest residences on the Médoc peninsula. The property has been owned by the Lurton-Michon family since 2013. The vineyards feature clay-limestone soils on limestone outcrops, benefiting from a maritime climate influence. To respect natural cycles and allow the terroir to express its full potential, the estate is undergoing a gradual conversion to biodynamics.
