About the estate

The Cave Saint-Roch winery represents an association of winegrowers committed to sustainable and environmentally conscious practices. All affiliated producers are certified according to the HVE standard and emphasize short distribution circuits as well as the protection of their natural surroundings. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Crémant de Bordeaux, AOC Médoc, and AOC Monbazillac denominations. In the Médoc, the estate operates a large barrel cellar for the maturation of its finest wines, characterized in particular by the use of traditional oak casks.
