The family-run Vignoble Boule et Fils estate is located in Boisredon and cultivates a vineyard area of approximately forty hectares across two separate sites. The history of the winery dates back to the ancestors in Marcillac, with René, Philippe and Vincent currently passing on the family expertise. Vineyard management relies on a reasoned protection method that significantly reduces the application of fungicides. The grape varieties cultivated include Merlot for red and rosé wines, Sauvignon and Colombard for white wines, and Ugni-Blanc for cognac. The estate produces wines and spirits under the designations AOC Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux, AOC Bordeaux sec, AOC Premières Côtes de Blaye and Vin de Pays Charentais.
