The Valensac le Domaine winery is a family estate belonging to the Mention family located in Languedoc-Roussillon, just about ten kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. Management of this 49-hectare property has been entrusted to Edwige Thuillé since 2004, benefiting from maritime influences and fresh soils that create ideal conditions for balanced white wines. In addition to classic regional grape varieties such as Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay, the estate also cultivates varieties like Albarino, Petit Manseng, Riesling, and Petit Verdot. The wines are marketed under denominations including Pays d'Hérault IGP and IGP Pays d'Oc.
