The Trebotti Biosostenibile estate was founded in 2003 by the three Botti brothers and is located on the border between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. Operating as an independent, organic, and volcanic-influenced producer, the winery is situated in the heart of Tuscia near Lake Bolsena. The enterprise is recognized as a leader in Italy for innovation and eco-sustainability, having been among the first in the country to measure and certify the carbon footprint of its wines. In addition to wine production, the portfolio includes bio-sustainable food specialties created from local ingredients.
