The Tomcsányi Családi Birtok estate cultivates 3.5 hectares of vineyards in Somló. Originally from Budapest, the family farms the land organically and with a biodynamic approach on volcanic, basaltic, and sedimentary soils. The vineyards are maintained as living gardens where plants, insects, and animals coexist. In the cellar, the must ferments spontaneously in barrels and amphorae, followed by aging on the lees until bottling. The wines are produced unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.
