About the estate
The artisanal Spiegelberg winery cultivates two hectares of vineyards on the Somló. On the volcanic soils, the estate grows traditional grape varieties including Juhfark, Furmint, Olaszrizling, Hárslevelű, and Chardonnay. Since 2010, viticulture and winemaking have been conducted exclusively organically with minimal intervention in natural processes. The wines mature in oak barrels and undergo several years of bottle aging before commercial release.
