About the estate
The KABOR Somlói Borbirtok family winery is located on the western side of the Somló hill in the Séd vineyard, covering an area of 1.5 hectares. A significant part of the vineyard area has been passed down through several generations and is cultivated with passion. The estate works according to the principle of minimal intervention to let the volcanic terroir speak through the wines. The portfolio focuses on the grape varieties Juhfark, Furmint, and Olaszrizling, producing characteristic and mineral wines in limited quantities. Sales are conducted directly at the estate through personal tastings by prior appointment.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Welschriesling and Furmint.
