About the estate
The Zsirai Pincészet winery was established to preserve a personal legacy and a deep appreciation for nature and Hungarian wine. The Tokaj region functions as a protected winegrowing area where the two primary grape varieties are Furmint and Hárslevelű. Among the cultivated sites in Mád is the Középhegy vineyard, located between several local hills. The portfolio features regional specialties including various expressions of Tokaji Furmint from distinct sites.
