About the estate

The Thierry Laffay et Filles estate has been cultivating family lands in Burgundy since 1978. Spanning a vineyard area of seven hectares, the work in the vineyard, vinification, and bottling are carried out by the artisan winemaker following traditional methods. Since 2022, Mélanie and Maïlys have joined the family business to maintain the established direction. The production includes wines from the denominations AOC Chablis, AOC Chablis 1er Cru Côte de Léchet, AOC Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu, AOC Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, AOC Chablis Grand Cru Bougros, and AOC Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir.
