About the estate
The Sohler estate looks back on a long family history dating back to 1481. Covering twelve hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates around sixty plots featuring diverse soils such as sandstone, volcanic rock, and schist. The portfolio includes the seven traditional grape varieties of the region, producing wines ranging from dry to sweet styles as well as Crémant. Farming follows sustainable and organic practices with natural soil management and hand harvesting. Vinification relies on gentle pressing and traditional methods to authentically preserve the character of the various sites and soils.
The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Riesling and Gewürztraminer.
