The Sociedade Agrícola de Santar, S.A. estate represents a two-century-old commitment to winemaking in the Dão region. In the vineyards, the focus is placed on regional identity, native grape varieties, and biodiversity through environmentally conscious viticulture practices. The portfolio includes mineral and floral white wines, powerful and fruity red wines, and sparkling wines with delicate bubbles. In the cellar, traditional techniques are combined with modern technology, utilizing temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks alongside carefully selected oak barrels.
