About the estate
The SOBRERO FRANCESCO Az. Agr. estate was founded in 1940 by grandfather Francesco, who initially cultivated grapes and later began vinifying them with his sons Settimo and Pier Franco starting in the 1960s. Over the years, the vineyard area grew steadily to the current sixteen hectares, enriched in 2008 by vineyards in Canelli. Since the year 2000, Flavio has joined as a representative of the next generation, focusing on environmentally friendly practices with certified organic farming. The portfolio includes wines from denominations such as Barolo DOCG and Barbaresco DOCG, which are exported to 26 countries worldwide today.
