About the estate

The SM SektManukaktur estate, located in Waldlaubersheim in the Rhine-Hesse region, emerged from a traditional sparkling wine producer and is run by an experienced core team. The product range includes traditional sparkling wines, classic wine spritzers, and sparkling teas in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. Production is carried out uncompromisingly by hand, with regional grapes being gently pressed and cool-fermented. A central part of the artisanal process is traditional bottle fermentation, where each bottle is turned by hand at the riddling desk day after day. Following bottle fermentation, the bottles undergo disgorging and a subsequent dosage depending on the desired style.
