About the estate
The Shimon and company enterprise based in Mtskheta in the Kartli region produces exclusive wines from autochthonous grape varieties such as Saperavi, Aladasturi, Otskhanuri Sapere, and Tsolikauri in cooperation with Kosher Vip Wine. The grapes are sourced from organically cultivated vineyards in Georgia, with some vines being over thirty to forty years old. During production, innovative technologies are combined with ancient traditions to craft both wines as well as brandy and vodka. The portfolio includes protected designations of origin such as Kindzmarauli and Mukuzani. The products are successfully distributed domestically in Georgia and internationally in markets such as the USA, Germany, and Israel.
