About the estate

The Sebastien Ortiz estate is managed by the brothers Sébastien and Christophe in Quarante in the Languedoc region. The history of the winery began in 2015 when Sébastien Ortiz started out as an independent winegrower, later joining forces with his brother and acquiring additional plots to establish their own wine production. Today, the estate spans approximately 30 hectares of vineyards, which are farmed organically. Supported by a consulting oenologist, the vinification takes place in their own modernised cellar. Distribution takes place through direct sales, local professional channels, and exports to Canada and Germany.

The estate sells to horeca. Export markets include Germany.
