About the estate

The Scolaris winery has been producing wine in the Collio region since 1924 and is currently managed in the fourth generation. Giovanni Scolaris founded the estate, laying the foundation for an enterprise that has expanded into national and international markets. The vineyards are situated in an area embraced by the Julian Prealps and the Adriatic Sea, where traditional craftsmanship meets modern cellar technology. The portfolio includes sparkling Ribolla Gialla, Schioppettino, and Ocelot, which is obtained from rare grape varieties. Throughout a history spanning almost a century, the estate consistently combines its heritage with technological advancements in winemaking.
