The Schabl estate is located in Königsbrunn am Wagram in the Austrian wine region of Wagram and is run by Elena and Paul. The winery operates according to organic and biodynamic principles between science and intuition with a strong focus on regenerative agriculture. Intensive work in the vineyard is combined with a minimalist approach in the cellar, omitting numerous permitted oenological additives. The portfolio focuses on the main grape varieties Grüner Veltliner and Roter Veltliner. Furthermore, the estate is part of a community dedicated to preserving and propagating the Roter Veltliner variety.
