About the estate

The Cantina Giusti Wine estate was founded in 2002 by Ermenegildo Giusti, whose family has a background in wine production. Today, the winery spans 130 hectares divided across ten estates located in the Montello area, along the alluvial plain of the Destra Piave in Nervesa della Battaglia, and in the classic Valpolicella region. The cultivated grape varieties include Glera, Bianchetta, Verdiso, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and the native Recantina. The portfolio features wines from several designations such as Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Prosecco DOC, Montello Rosso Superiore DOCG, Asolo Montello DOC, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, and Valpolicella Ripasso DOC.

The eno directory lists 19 wines, mostly from Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.
