About the estate

The S.A.T. San Pablo estate is located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero region on the central plateau of Spain at an altitude of approximately 800 metres. In 1989, the first ten hectares of vineyards were planted on poor, limestone soils characterized by extreme temperature fluctuations. Subsequently, the winery's own production facility was inaugurated in 1997 to independently manage the vinification process. The estate operates according to organic guidelines and avoids the use of any additives during winemaking. Fermentation takes place in large stainless steel tanks, while maturation in wooden barrels varies depending on the designation of the wine.
