About the estate

The Stefan Pirev Wines project, located in the Danube Plain, produces distinctive wines by applying precise modern oenological practices. The vineyards are situated in regions such as Koshava, Novi Pazar, and Ivaylovgrad. The cultivated grape varieties include Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Grenache. During vinification, the winery relies on gentle, often manual handling of the grapes, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. The portfolio features complex blends, single-varietal wines, and botrytis specialties.
