Le domaine Национален винен проект Стефан Пирев Уайнс, situé dans la Plaine danubienne, élabore des vins de caractère en appliquant des pratiques œnologiques modernes et précises. Les vignobles sont implantés dans des régions telles que Koshava, Novi Pazar et Ivaylovgrad. Les cépages cultivés comprennent le Chardonnay, le Riesling, le Sauvignon Blanc, le Pinot Gris, le Pinot Noir, le Gewürztraminer, le Cabernet Sauvignon, la Syrah, le Nebbiolo, la Barbera et le Grenache.
