About the estate

The Винарна Ялово estate is a small boutique winery nestled in the foothills of the Balkan Mountains. Founded by Anton Tanev and Dimitar Dimov, the winery focuses on crafting characterful wines through artisanal methods. Alongside close cooperation with local vine growers, the estate is developing its own vineyards to revive traditional local grape varieties and preserve regional biodiversity. These plots are planted with varieties such as Dimyat, Pamid, Gamza, Rubin, and Chardonnay. The resulting wines reflect the region's terroir, combining traditional cultivation techniques with a pure craft production approach.
