About the estate

The Шато де Берже estate is located in Ovcharovo within the Dunavska ravnina wine region in Bulgaria and was founded in 2009 with the planting of its initial vineyards. Following detailed soil analyses and consultations with a French enologist from Bordeaux, a boutique winery and modern hotel were established across 15 hectares of vines. The enterprise relies on a dedicated team that maintains a strong connection to the regional terroir and its local roots. The estate's wines have received recognition at international competitions and have been featured in prominent national wine rankings. The property combines winemaking with hospitality, welcoming guests by prior reservation for organized events.
