Das Weingut Национален винен проект Стефан Пирев Уайнс liegt in der Donauebene und produziert charaktervolle Weine unter Anwendung präziser moderner enologischer Praktiken. Die Weinberge befinden sich in Regionen wie Koshava, Novi Pazar und Ivaylovgrad. Zu den verarbeiteten Rebsorten zählen unter anderem Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Nebbiolo, Barbera und Grenache. Bei der Vinifikation setzt der Betrieb auf eine schonende, oft manuelle Behandlung der Trauben sowie auf den Ausbau in Edelstahltanks und französischen Eichenfässern.
