The Винарска изба Опрев winery is a family-run estate located in the village of Dobrotitsa within the Dunavska ravnina region. Established in 2006, the property manages 23 hectares of estate-owned vineyards situated on a high ridge with a southwest exposure near the Danube River. The production focuses on single-varietal wines from the Bulgarian varieties Red Misket and Evmolpia, alongside the international varieties Traminer, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate is run by the second generation of winemakers, maintaining strict control from the grape to the bottled wine. In addition to winemaking, the property offers a guesthouse to accommodate visitors interested in wine tourism.
