About the estate

The company ΠΟΤΟΠΟΙΪΑ ΟΙΝΟΠΟΙΪΑ ΑΠΟΣΤΑΓΜΑΤΟΠΟΙΪΑ ΜΠΑΜΠΑΤΖΙΜ looks back on a long distillation history that originated in Silyvria near Constantinople in 1875. Four generations later, the family continues the tradition in viticulture, winemaking, and the production of ouzo and tsipouro. The portfolio also includes single-varietal spirits, utilizing grapes and ingredients such as anise and fennel sourced from Macedonia and Greece. Working with natural raw materials, the estate places great emphasis on respect for the environment and the careful tending of the vines. Today, the distillery combines inherited knowledge with ongoing innovation to offer high-quality Greek spirits.
