About the estate

The Pranzegg estate is run by Martin and Marion together with their family, employees and friends. The winery encompasses four hectares of steep vineyards around the basin of Bolzano, which are cultivated with great manual and economic effort. The holistic and biodynamic approach integrates the vines alongside various plants and animals. Old vines of native grape varieties such as Schiava, Lagrein, Gewürztraminer and Pinot bianco form the basis for the production. The wines are crafted through hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, extended lees aging, no fining or filtration, and minimal additions of sulfur dioxide.
