About the estate

The Pföstl winery is a small estate located in Schenna in South Tyrol, established by childhood friends Stefan Pföstl and Georg Weger. Georg Weger cultivates the vineyards and vinifies the grapes in the cellar, while Stefan Pföstl manages sales and assists with operations. In the new facilities, the estate produces site-specific wines divided into a estate line and a selection line bearing the Romanesque field name Valpitan. The wines are distributed via the associated online shop and a family-owned delicatessen butchery in the center of Schenna.

The eno directory lists 23 wines, mostly from Cabernet and Chardonnay. The estate sells to retail.
